USEFUL INFORMATION

Elegante Skin Care Clinic is situated at 37 Malone Road, Belfast. BT9 6RX - Top Floor.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment time will be reduced / cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Please arrive to your appointment alone, unless you require special assistance. Friends and family are not permitted as we have very limited space in the waiting area.

We cannot offer treatments to anyone under the age of 18 years.

Anyone under the age of 18 booked in for an In-Depth Consultation must attend with a legal guardian or parent.

Treatment times may vary. We like to devote enough time to each client as service quality is very important to us. Please be ready to spend from 1,5h – 2h at our treatment room, especially if it’s your first visit.
ALLERGY AND MEDICAL ADVICE
Please advise us if any of the following apply to you:

Diabetes or Epilepsy

Recent operations or scar tissue
-
Recent cuts, bruises or swelling in facial area

Skin diseases or disorders
-
Active cold sores
-
Sunburn or tanning-bed burn
-
Recently-done permanent make-up (healing process is not finished)

Pregnancy or breast feeding
-
Skin allergies, allergic reactions or extreme skin sensitivity

Use of Acne medication such as Roaccutane or other prescription strength Retinoids
-
Use of prescribed antibiotics, steroids or steroid creams
-
You are generally unwell (have an active viral infection, high temperature, vomiting)
Some of the above may cause contra-indication to treatment and your Specialist may not be able to carry out your treatment. When booking an appointment it is your responsibility to tell us about any physical or mental condition which may require special facilities.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
Please avoid facial waxing for minimum of 24 hours
Please avoid any strong at-home treatments (strong exfoliation, use of acids) for minimum of 72 hours.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS:

£20 deposit have to be paid when booking your appointment. This payment will be deducted from the treatment total.

Deposit can be paid via our website, by bank transfer or PayPal.

Deposit should be paid within 24 hours after we agreed / scheduled the date and time of your appointment. If deposit in not paid within 24 hours we hold the right to offer the appointment time to another client.

Deposits are non-refundable

Deposit can be transferred over to another appointment once (for an important reason) and if another appointment is booked within a period of one month.

In case if you need to reschedule, you must inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Anything later then that will be treated as ‘late cancellation’ and deposit fee will no longer be transferable.

Important: If you don’t show up to your appointment without giving us any notice, for the future bookings we will ask you to pre-pay the full treatment price in advance, we may also ask to cover the full cost of the missed treatment.
GIFT VOUCHERS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Gift Vouchers are available for a specific treatment or to the value of your chosen amount.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Gift Vouchers purchased during the special offers can be used for treatments only, not the products.

If you would like to use your Gift Voucher, you must bring it with you.

Special offers cannot be booked in conjunction with any other offer.

Special offers cannot be paid for using Gift Vouchers which were purchased at a discount price (for example during Black Friday).
