RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are looking to return your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product has not been damaged, opened or used and it is in perfect resalable condition. Once return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and issued to the original method of payment, within approximately 7 days.

RETURN POSTAGE
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50.00 (GBP) we advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items in case if they arrived to you defective or damaged and not suitable for use. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email providing a proof of damaged items as well as your order number, and we will arrange a replacement.
REACTIONS TO PRODUCTS

Refunds are applicable in the instance of a true skin reaction approved by our Skin Specialist. We highly recommend taking photographs in the instance of a skin reaction.

It is the customer’s responsibility to patch test any product prior to use. Always check compatibility of any purchased products with other material facts that can affect results described.

If you have followed the above process but feel that you have had a reaction to a product, please immediately report this in writing to us.

We may require to supply further information regarding your reaction including images and return of the products which will be submitted to the manufacturer for further testing
